The code of ethics below expresses the foundations, values and principles in which coaching should be based on in order to maximize its benefits. The code is based on the "3 Rs" of

sports ethics, three simple and easy rules to remember: self-respect, respect for others and responsibility for our actions.

Self- Respect

· Enjoy playing.

· Have confidence in one’s judgment and values

· Respect one’s body by taking care of one’s health

Respect for others

· Be a good teammate

· Respect your opponent, he allows you to play

· Respect the referee, like you he’s doing his best

Responsibility for our actions

· Think of the consequences of your actions

· Do not to subject others to what you would not want to suffer personally

· Verbal abuse, you're also responsible

· It is not always the fault of others

The "3 Rs" apply to all concerned by sports.
